The diapason app
What we will never do
- We sell no data. To anyone, ever.
- No advertising in the app, no ad trackers.
- Your partner only sees what you choose to share — each sharing category is set individually, and the “discretion” mode removes cycle information from what they are shown.
- The content of your intimate moments together (the ephemeral exchanges of la Flamme) is never recorded — it passes through live and disappears.
The data the app processes
- Account: email address and sign-in identifier (via Google or Apple), display first name, optional profile photo.
- Health data, with your explicit consent: the menstrual-cycle tracking and symptoms you enter; and, if you turn it on, sleep and resting heart rate read from Apple Health or Health Connect. These readings serve the day’s signal in the app only — never anything else, and the app writes nothing to your health data.
- Couple life: your pairing, the shared calendar, important dates, your answers to the games and the evening ritual, the little notes you leave. This content belongs to your couple: only the two of you can read it (access rules enforced by the database itself, not just by the app).
- Minimal usage measurement: presence counters with no content at all (for example “the app was opened today”) to know whether features are useful. Never what you wrote, answered or felt.
- Stability: anonymised crash reports (Sentry) to fix bugs.
Your rights in the app
- Delete your account, right in the app (Settings → Account): deletion is immediate and erases your data, including your contributions to the couple’s spaces.
- Withdraw a share at any time: every setting is reversible, without your partner being notified.
- Access, rectification, portability, objection (GDPR): by email at privacy@getdiapason.com — reply within 30 days.
The waitlist on this site
On this (pre-launch) site we only collect, when you join the waitlist: your email address, your language, the consent record (date and version of the accepted text), and optionally the referral source (UTM).
Purpose & legal basis
This data serves a single purpose: to notify you at launch of the diapason app. The legal basis is your consent, confirmed via double opt-in.
Retention
Unconfirmed signups are deleted automatically after 30 days. Confirmed signups are kept until launch (plus a short period), then deleted. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. To exercise them:
- One-click unsubscribe via the link in every email, or the unsubscribe page;
- by email at privacy@getdiapason.com for access or erasure.
Processors & data residency
Your data is hosted and processed within the European Union: database Supabase (EU region), email Scaleway Transactional Email (Paris, France), hosting Vercel, cookieless analytics Plausible. Data is never sold. App notifications are delivered through Apple and Google.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies. Analytics (Plausible) is anonymous and tracker-free.
